The Group of SAF of Borivli started in 2009 with Sr. Graceline Rose Mary and a group of teachers of the School; it worked till November of 2009. Later, Srs. Carmel Mary and Daisy Christopher with other Sisters of the Community contacted with friends, benefactors, collaborators and former members, and the 2nd of November of 2012, 28 persons met, who received information about SAF, the Congregation and its mission, and the group started again. From then, it has been working regularly.

Its members belong to different religions. They meet once a month with an average of attendance of 14 persons; they start and end the encounters with a prayer, read the Minutes, receive formation (about the Founders, the Congregation, the faith, the Beatitudes, outstanding people of India, etc.), participate in the works requested by the Congregation (elaboration of the Basic Document of SAF and the Project of Evangelization) and organize activities.

They celebrate together the birthdays of the members of the group and visit and support those who are sick.

They usually have two days of recollection in the year, generally in Advent and Lent, sometimes with the Community of Sisters about topics as: faith, the song of the flowers, forgiveness, personal conversion, mercy, the encyclical letter Laudato Si’, the Year of Mercy…

They are involved in the inter-religious dialogue and in diverse activities:

- visit and personal and material help in centres and projects of the Sisters (with sick children and from the slums, and abandoned women) and of other Institutions (with sex workers and victims of people trafficking),

- medical camps,

- tutorial classes and nutritional and economic support to needy children and from the slums,

- ecological activities.

El Grupo de FSA de Borivli se inició en 2009 con la Hna. Graceline Rose Mary y un grupo de profesores del Colegio; funcionó hasta Noviembre de 2009. Posteriormente, las Hnas. Carmel Mary y Daisy Christopher con otras Hermanas de la Comunidad contactaron con amigos, bienhechores, colaboradores y antiguos miembros, y el 2 de Noviembre de 2012 se reunieron 28 personas, que recibieron información sobre la FSA, la Congregación y su misión, volvió a renacer el grupo y, desde entonces, se ha mantenido funcionando con regularidad.

Sus miembros pertenecen a diferentes religiones. Se reúnen una vez al mes, con una asistencia promedio de 14 personas, comienzan y terminan sus encuentros con una oración, leen las actas, reciben formación (sobre los Fundadores, la Congregación, la fe, las Bienaventuranzas, personalidades de India, etc.), participan en los trabajos que se les pide desde la Congregación (elaboración del Documento Base de FSA y del Proyecto de evangelización, entre otros) y organizan actividades.

Celebran juntos los cumpleaños de los miembros del grupo y visitan y apoyan a los que están enfermos.

Suelen tener dos días de retiro al año, generalmente en Adviento y Cuaresma, a veces junto con la comunidad de Hermanas, sobre temas como: La fe, la canción de las flores, el perdón, la conversión personal, la misericordia, la encíclica Laudato Si’, el año de la Misericordia…

Están implicados en el diálogo interreligioso y en actividades diversas:

-visita y ayuda personal y material en centros y proyectos de las Hermanas (con niños enfermos y de las chabolas, y mujeres abandonadas) y de otras instituciones (con trabajadoras del sexo y víctimas de trata de personas),

-campamentos médicos,

-refuerzo escolar y apoyo nutricional y económico a niños necesitados y de los suburbios,

-actividades ecológicas.
