Nuestra Comunidad Laical comenzó en el Hogar de Ancianos de Piedades de Santa Ana, el 19 de junio del 2009. Está integrada por 9 Laicos y 2 Hermanas.

Inspirados por nuestros fundadores Padre Juan Bonal y la Beata María Rafols nuestro objetivo se resume en la siguiente frase: El Espíritu Santo se nos manifiesta en un viento que nos mueve el corazón para dar frutos, como espigas doradas por el Sol, en una cosecha abundante de amor, expresada en el servicio y entrega con todo detalle a los más pobres y necesitados.

Hemos completado la formación Básica y los 3 años de la Escuela de Formación de la Provincia, y seguimos participamos en charlas, encuentros y retiros de formación (como los que se organizan en el Monte Tabor).

Nos reunimos una vez al mes, compartimos la oración, participamos en las actividades y fiestas Congregacionales, y vivimos nuestro compromiso a través de los siguientes apostolados:

1. Atención directa a los adultos mayores (voluntariado)

2. Catequesis a niños

3. Acción social en precarios Tibás y Pavas

4. Unión de Enfermos Misioneros

5. Apoyo en construcción de oratorio y pro-construcción de lavandería del Hogar.

6. Proyecto de huertas orgánicas y animales domésticos en el Hogar de Ancianos

7. Participación en actividades propias del Hogar (bingos, rezos del niño, rifas, viacrucis, día del agricultor, etc.)

Our Community “WINDS OF HARVEST” began in the Home of Elders of Piedades de Santa Ana, on June 19, 2009. It is composed of 9 Laity and 2 Sisters.

Inspired by our founders Father John Bonal and Blessed María Ràfols our objective is summarized in the following sentence: The Holy Spirit is manifested in a wind that moves our hearts to bear fruit, like golden wheat ears, in an abundant harvest of love expressed in the service and surrender to the poorest and neediest with full detail.

We have completed the Basic formation and the 3 years of the Province Formation School, and we continue attending talks, meetings and recollection days (such as those organized on Mount Tabor).

We meet once a month, share prayer, participate in Congregational activities and celebrations, and live our commitment through the following apostolates:

1. Direct attention to the elderly (volunteering)

2. Catechesis for children

3. Social action in slums of Tibás and Pavas

4. Union of Missionary Sick people.

5. Support in construction of the chapel and pro construction of laundry for the Home for the Elderly

6. Project of organic vegetable gardens and domestic animals in the Home for the Aged.

7. Participation in activities of the Centre (Bingo games, prayers of the Child, Raffles, Way of the cross, Day of the Farmer, etc.)
