La Comunidad Laical del Hogar de Ancianos San Francisco de Asís de Villa Chagüitillo-Sébaco (Nicaragua) se identifica con el nombre “Llama de Amor” porque desea acoger el Carisma de la Caridad Universal, principalmente con los más pobres y necesitados, hecha hospitalidad hasta el heroísmo.

Se funda el 17 de abril de 2016 y en la actualidad está formada por 20 miembros, que se reúnen con periodicidad de 1 vez al mes, han completado el nivel de formación correspondiente al Plan Básico de Laicos de la Familia Santa Ana.

Comparte la espiritualidad de la Congregación de las Hermanas de la Caridad de Santa Ana, y busca vivir la experiencia Dios y comunicársela a los hermanos que sufren de distintas formas. Lo hace efectivo visitando a los enfermos y ancianos, llevándoles la comunión, acompañando al que sufre, solidarizándose con su dolor, brindándoles una mano amiga llena e Hospitalidad y fortaleciéndolos en la fe.

Colabora en el programa de apadrinamientos de la Fundación Juan Bonal realizando el seguimiento de los más de cien niños apadrinados (la mayoría de colegios públicos) de la zona y, brindando formación y alimentos tanto a estos niños como a sus padres.

También comparten la celebración de las Fiestas Congregacionales y participan en los encuentros virtuales y presenciales de FSA que se organizan en la Provincia.

The LAITY COMMUNITY of San Francisco de Asís Home for the aged of Villa Chagüitillo-Sebaco (Nicaragua) identifies itself with the name "FLAME OF LOVE" because it wishes to welcome the Charism of Universal Charity, mainly with the poorest and neediest, to the point of heroism.

It is founded on April 17, 2016 and currently consists of 20 members, who meet once a month, have completed the level of training corresponding to the Basic Plan of Laity of the Santa Ana Family.

It shares the spirituality of the Congregation of the Sisters of Charity of St. Anne, and seeks to live the experience of God and to communicate it to the people who suffer in different ways. They do this by visiting the sick and the elderly, giving them the communion, accompanying the suffering, feeling their pain, offering them a helping hand and strengthening them in the faith.

They collaborate in the sponsorship program of the John Bonal Foundation, monitoring more than one hundred sponsored children in the area (most attending public schools) and providing formation and food to both these children and their parents.

They also share the celebration of the Congregational Feasts and participate in the virtual and face-to-face meetings of SAF organized at Provincial level.
